Spring & Summer Youth Sports
At the April 18, 2012 TRC Board Meeting the TRC Board voted to cancel the draft format for team rosters for youth sports starting in the 2012 summer season.
Sports Offered & Fee's
Turner American Ju Jitsu
Turner MMA uses the sport of Ju Jitsu as a teaching tool to teach people of all ages the value of sportsmanship & self-discipline.
Session: All classes begin the first week of the month and are ongoing. Sessions consist of 4 or 5 weeks, depending on the month. Session fees are due by the Wednesday prior to the class starting. Once the deadline passes TRC may cancel the class due to low enrollment. Fee’s are prorated accordingly for participants after the start of a session, as long as the class is open.
Time/Days:
Ages 5-9 Monday & Wednesday 6:00PM-6:45PM
Ages 10-15 Monday & Wednesday 7:00PM-7:45PM
Ages 16 & older Monday & Wednesday 5:00PM-6:00PM
Fee: Ages 16 & older: $50/resident per month; $60/non-resident per month; Ages 5-15: $30/resident per month; $40/non-resident per month
Little Hitters (ages 3-4; teaches the sport of baseball)
Session: Week of May 7 - June 11 (6 weeks)
Registration Deadline: April 25
Fee: $25, Late Fee: $35
Practice Day/Time: Thursday 5:45PM - 6:30PM or 6:45PM - 7:30PM or Saturday 10:00AM - 10:45AM
Parent Meeting: Thursday, May 3 at 6:00PM at TRC
Summer Tee-Ball (ages 5-6, co-rec)
Session: June 4 - July 2
Registration Deadline: April 25

Practice Time/Day: Determined by the coach
Fee: $25, Late Fee: $35
Coaches Meeting: May 5 at 10:00AM at TRC
Summer Coach Pitch (ages 7-8, boys or girls)
Age Cut Off: Boys - May 1, 2012, Girls - January 1, 2012
Session: June 4 - July 2
Registration Deadline: April 25
